The 9th Circus strikes again

Before Obama's usurpation ushered in hyperracism and hating Muslims, the big Freeper issue was illeagal immigrants. Zealots would hijack almost any thread as being less important than the invasion down below. Well, those days are mostly over, but when immigration does come back up, you can still count on Freepers to get a bit overexcited.

Remember that Arizona law requiring everyone to carry citizenship papers? Ruled unconstitutional in District Court. The 9th just affirmed. Immigration plus Liberal Judicial Activism = a good thread:

texson66 thinks this is a Muslim thing, somehow:

It is very interesting that the Pretender Executive and his lapdog Holder are on the side of the suit that prohibits AZ from enforcing a Federal Law that his Pretendess doesnt want enforced. Its the same side as Mexico which filed as a “amigo de la court”. He is avoiding performing his sworn duty...(I forgot Muslims can lie if they have to )

Obama is on the side of the illegal immigrant and putting US citizens at risk every day!

Why is this asshat Obama still strutting around the golf courses?

Regulator sees that the judge who wrote the opinion is hispanic:
Note that the opinion was authored by the Mexican Reconquista Richard Paez, put on the 9th Circuit for his known hatred of Americans by Bill Clinton.

A predetermined result: Ju cannot stop us, Greengo!
Never mind the Reagan appointee that joined the decision.

surfer thinks this decision proves the western states shouldn't get nice things, like federal courts.

Did you know a president can eliminate a court district?

The next non-traitor POTUS needs to eliminate the 9th district with a swipe of the pen.

Fireone looks ahead:
I only hope that when this case gets to the Supremes,
the “wise Latina” recuses herself for obvious prejudice.
Otherwise, the other justices will be accused of being racist.
Because no Hispanic can be unbiased on this issue!

Tribune7
is pretty sure being pro-life and anti-Supremacy clause go hand-in-hand:
I betcha every judge who rules against AZ also thinks Roe is just a fine & peachy decision.

And THAT is why getting judges who will overturn Roe on the bench is important.

It is not a religious thing. It is a good government thing.
