Palinistas

Some Freepers are still deep into the hero worship of Sarah Palin. But these days it's a strident, desperate sort of worship, eager to lash out at the insufficiently devout.

greene66 loves Sarah - she reminds him of the past he yearns for:
Between the previous interview in which she forcefully expressed about how we’ve already gone ‘over’ the fiscal cliff and are in freefall awaiting the thud to the ground, and her recent Facebook posting about the Newtown killings, which captured the situation and the current reality far more expressively accurate than any of the hundreds of useless blatherings that I’ve seen and heard... she’s becoming one of the only voices left in America that seems to genuinely offer all-out, unadultered common sense.

She almost seems like a lone throwback to America’s past, when the country was great, and sheer common sense used to rule the day. Mind-boggling how it has become such a rarity in these insane, deviant times.
KC_Lion punctuates all his posts with a picture of Sarah:
It's not us Conservatives who need to change and moderate. It's THEM, the GOP-E and their little cheerleaders here on F.R.

Why don't THEY suck it up and compromise their beliefs for a change? (maybe because they truly believe in what the Democrats do, except they can do it better?)

Sarah has saved a Mint by living in their heads rent free!
Twinkie loves how Sarah has been persecuted, but still looks all hot!
. . helped many conservatives be elected to Congress and other offices. . . given her time to attend conservative rallies . . . taken countless abuses and bounced back in the face of it . . . looking like a million bucks to boot.

No. I’ll tell you who’s wearing thin. It’s those who join in with the liberal/leftist chorus of abuse against a fine, Christian woman because they desparately want “Katie” to “like” them and not think they’re stupid. NEWS FLASH! “Katie” does not like them and most likely secretly thinks they’re stupid rednecks. “Katie’s” payday’s coming someday. Watch and see.
Cringing Negativism Network thinks 2016 is Palin's year:
Palin chose to sit out the last election. Probably because of the age of her daughters.

They will be grown by 2016.

That is the year that matters. If she runs in 2016, she will have my, and a whole lot of FReepers enthusiastic support. Rock solid.

If however she holds out again, I believe she is done.

Up to her. I seriously hope she stands up this time.
Doesn't Palin have a seriously handicapped child? Eh, never mind, faith needs no reason!

William Tell is just waiting for America to fall hard enough they hold Palin up on their sheilds:
When the U.S. unemployment rate hits 19%, Americans will be ready for Palin.

When the dollar sinks to the point that an ounce of gold is worth $15,000, Americans will be ready for Palin.

When dozens of American cities have become Detroit, Americans will be ready for Palin.

When the U.S. debt, not counting Social Security and Medicare, becomes $33 billion, Americans will be ready for Palin.

Until that time, Americans will just have to be content to hear Palin tell them the truth and point out when they are pursuing mis-guided policies.
ansel12 explains how Palin stood alone against the left in 2008:
Palin took the reigns of conservative leadership in 2008 (helping reelect a Governor in December of 2008) and is America’s most important conservative leader and probably the most influential endorsement in American history.

For awhile, it was just her versus the left, during those first terrible months after Obama’s election, when the right was so discouraged and defeated, and seemingly on the wrong side of history.

Palin’s example of courage and the fact that she not only remained standing, but was taking it to the media and the left, emboldened some republicans and she helped lead us to historic gains in 2010.
KC_Lion wants to burn the heretic:
I have gotten you figured out you PDS troll.

Your Faux Concern hasn't tricked me.

You've outed yourself and now are trying to cover it up.

Stay over on Democrat Underground where you belong.

  1. Nobody has gotten a sweeter deal than Sarah Palin. She is now rich. She is now famous. And she did very little to get those things.

Really? I've barely heard, let alone thought anything about her over the past year or so. Except for the occasional story where she tweets something in reaction to a world event, she's been rightly ignored. KC Lion has a strange sense of living in someone's head rent-free.
